Making a Purchase

When you’ve found an item that you want to buy, just choose the size you want from the pull down tab and then click on the "Add to My Bag" button.

You may review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the "My Bag" button on the top navigation bar. To delete an item from your bag, click on the "Delete" button next to the relevant item. To change the quantity of any item, key in the new number in the ‘quantity’ column and then click on the "Update" button.

To resume shopping after viewing your shopping cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping cart another customer can still purchase it.

If you finished shopping, press the "Checkout" button to finalize your order and pay for your purchases.

You can store multiple addresses in your "My Account" section, from which you can choose for your billing/shipping. 

 

How do I Register / Login?

You can login or register from their respective links in the site header or footer. Registration needs you to only enter few basic details.

 

Do I need to register to purchase?

Even unregistered users can purchase.

But please note that as a registered customer you can maintain your billing and shipping es. You can also access you complete order history. 

 

Gift a Product

Sure you can! After you have chosen the right product for that special someone and you are filling up delivery details, please remember to give us the shipping address of the recipient of the gift. Also do select the “Gift Wrap” option so that we can we can wrap the gift and ship it off to the person in question. You may also add a personalised note if you like.

Buy a product, but in future

You can add the product to your wish list, which is accessible from the header.

Please be aware that even if the product is in your wish list, it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer. If sold out, the product gets removed automatically from your wish list.

The price/status (on offer, etc) of products in your wish list may change as per latest data. 

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We are committed to the security of your banking details and transaction history. Our systems are rigorously tested and have been developed with up to date encryption software. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, namely the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Your debit/credit card details will only be used when you make an order and are then transmitted between one of the leading e-commerce payment companies who in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and all the major banks. 

 

Can I order by phone?

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Your order will be accepted once your item has been shipped.

You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock. If this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account. 

 

Shipping Processing Time

On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 45 days. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.

However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at online_support@krishnamehta.com

 

Where do you ship to?

We do our best to deliver worldwide. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver to your destination we will send you an email shortly after you place your order. If this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account. 

 

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable?

Prices displayed in Rs. Indian Rupees are inclusive of VAT.

Prices displayed in £ sterling are inclusive of VAT.

Prices displayed in € Euro are inclusive of VAT.

Prices displayed in $ US dollars do not include any taxes or duties and you may be liable for them when your goods enter your country. 

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Items in your shopping cart can be delivered to one only.

However, if you wish to make an order for multiple addresses, then please email online_support@krishnamehta.com prior to making an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

How do I view my order?

You can view your order by logging in & then clicking on the ‘Order Status & History’ button in your ‘My Account’ Section. Then click on any order number. This will take you to the ‘Order Details’ page, which is very similar to your ‘View Bag’. You can only view information on past orders. ‘Order Status’ can also be assessed from the table.

Clicking on any item thumbnail image or its name takes you to that styles details page. 

 

Track my Order

You may log in to the website and navigate to your 'My Account' page to see all your order details. Alternatively, you may go to the link provided in the order confirmation email to check the status of that individual order.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.krishnamehta.com

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
